VEN SPRAY ONE can apply decorative coatings on surfaces with flat or complex geometries.

MISSISSAUGA, Ontario -- Venjakob North America will conduct live coating demonstrations on a VEN SPRAY ONE and showcase several industrial finishing processes for the wood, furniture and building material industry at the Woodworking Machinery & Supply Conference & Expo.

Various technologies are included with the VEN SPRAY ONE to apply functional or decorative coatings on surfaces with flat or complex geometries. The system is designed to replace or supplement a hand-held spray booth to increase productivity and provide reliability and quality.

End-use applications of the VEN SPRAY ONE system include: 

  • Kitchen and bath cabinets
  • Residential furniture
  • Shop fittings and interior construction
  • Yacht and jet interiors
  • Construction elements like stairs, doors, and windows
  • Façade cladding
  • Acoustic ceiling tiles
  • Insulating material

Venjakob’s technical experts will be on hand to discuss how its finishing technology can help a company optimize production processes to address resource shortages, environmental protection, sustainability, lack of workers, and other important issues.
